Brian Benedict, of Centerville, IN., has joined Advocate Health Advisors as Regional Manager. In this role, Benedict will work with Regional Sales Director Larry Carroll and will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting insurance agents in the Indiana region.
Benedict will help established agents grow their Medicare business and work with national insurance carriers that offer Medicare Advantage plans. Offered by private insurance companies, Medicare Advantage plans offer a wide variety of non-medical benefits and provide coverage for social determinants of health, such as transportation, fitness plans and meal delivery.
Advocate Health Advisors agents are Medicare experts who serve as trusted advisors for those who are Medicare eligible and specialize in helping those turning 65. The company has agents in all 50 states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Benedict started his career in insurance in 2007 by providing accident, life, cancer and annuities with Police and Firemen’s Insurance Association.
