Vickie Keys-Lydic, of East Moline, IL., has joined Advocate Health Advisors as Compliance & Contracting Specialist. In this role, Keys-Lydic will work with Compliance Officer, Alissa Morris and will be responsible for supporting our compliance team with creation and management of policies & procedures, as well as management of carrier contracts.
Keys-Lydic will maintain & update company policies and procedures as needed and at least annually to keep them current and within CMS and carrier guidelines.
Advocate Health Advisors agents are Medicare experts who serve as trusted advisors for those who are Medicare eligible and specialize in helping those turning 65. The company has agents in all 50 states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Keys-Lydic has 20 years of management experience with health plan compliance working with organizations such as United Healthcare and WellCare. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Western Governor’s University and completed IT Project Management and Leadership Success certifications.
